Return Policy

At Sheroine, we want you to feel confident and comfortable with your purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, we offer free returns within 30 days of receiving your order.

How to Initiate a Return

To begin your return process, please email us at info@sheroine.com within 30 days of receiving your order. We'll provide a prepaid return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how to send your item back.

Please note:

  • Returns must be in unworn, unwashed condition, with original tags and packaging intact.

  • For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns of items that show signs of wear or are not in resellable condition.

Returns sent without first contacting us via email will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

If it has been over 15 business days since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please contact your bank or reach out to us at info@sheroine.com.

Important Notes

  • No exchanges: If you'd like a different size or style, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.

  • Shipping fees (if any) from the original order are non-refundable.

  • Sheroine reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.
